No appointment is needed, customers can just walk-in from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. The company has a friendly staff providing a consumer-centric experience. ConvenientMD clinics have state-of-the-art facilities equipped with digital x-ray, lab, ECG and IV.


JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day Human Resources service delivery and recruiting functions.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with and provide support to all employees of the company as a human resources partner and always in a respectful way, enhancing employee engagement and morale

  1. Works with Director of Human Resources and Team Engagement to assist in various projects to make ConvenientMD a great place to work
  2. Participate in the continuous improvement and overall enhancement of the HR department team and scope of support
  3. Assist HR team with special projects as assigned and back up other HR team members when needed
  4. Assist in developing and implementing Company plans and strategies for short term and long term recruitment and retention of employees
  5. Coordinates and facilitates new hire on-boarding processes and materials
  6. Maintains, tracks and ensures the accuracy of all HR documents and employee records
  7. Monitors and maintains various HR systems including ATS, payroll and benefits administration
  8. Assists with policy updates, interpretation and application
  9. Supports the maintenance and monitoring of all benefit programs
  10. Provides assistance with FMLA, Short Term Disability and Workers Compensation programs
  11. Exemplifies the mission and values of ConvenientMD in all interactions and communications
  12. Supports the maintenance and oversight of job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  13. Assist HR team with special projects as assigned and back up other HR team members when needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred but not required)
  3. Minimum two (2) years Human Resources experience
  4. Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Strong work ethic
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  7. Flexible attitude and enthusiasm for positive change
  8. Professional and comfortable working with all employees including Senior Management Team in a highly collaborative and cooperative role
  9. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  10. Desire to be challenged, make an impact, and learn in a fast growing organization
